My heart is very heavy and burdened for this issue of abortion. That is why I keep posting things about it. It is my heart. As I get to know the Father’s heart, He is revealing that abortion is the greatest issue of injustice in this nation. There is a great article by Lou Engle on www.ihop.org. It is called the doctrine of the shedding of innocent blood and it was spoken at The Call on Dec. 31st in Kansas City. I want to be a voice crying out to God for mercy for our nation, and a voice that is silent no longer, but helps raise awareness to what is taking place even now. We, as Christians, can no longer ignore this issue. The Lord spoke to Lou Engle to write a twenty-two word prayer, for the ending of abortion, to replace the twenty-two word prayer removed from the public school system years ago. Below is the prayer.
Jesus, I plead your blood over my sins and the sins of my nation, God, END ABORTION and send REVIVAL to America!
The most effective way for us to join this movement in the ending of abortion is to intercede and cry out to GOD! Bring justice quickly, GOD! Luke 18:6-7
